Sought-after and spotted has been a material with very archaic appearance. Costume director Birgit Wentsch and her assistant Carsta Köhler also preferred the completely free from CO2 emissions produced tree bark fleece. As everywhere, also for costumes and stage construction, sustainability plays an increasingly important role.
